Dr ZOE RAWLINGS - DClin, MSc, BSc (Hons)
Clinical Psychologist
Zoe is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). She completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East Anglia and has experience across several NHS community mental health services working with children and adults. In her private practice Zoe works as an associate of Peterkin Psychology in addition to working for the NHS as part of the psychological medicines team at Addenbrooke's hospital.
In her clinical practice Zoe draws upon a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Systemic approaches. Her aim is to support adults and children with a range of presentations, including occupational stress, generalised anxiety, health anxiety, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
As a clinician, Zoe believes in the value of adopting a person-centred approach to ensure that the adults and children she works with receive the right support for them. Zoe works collaboratively with individuals to support them to explore and make sense of their emotional distress in a safe and supportive environment, helping them to set achievable goals and reach their desired outcome.

Dr ANNE-MARIE LISTER - DClinPsy, DPhiloxon, MAoxon, DipCog
Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Anne-Marie is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (BPS), registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC), and is an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP).
Anne-Marie completed her Psychological Medicine research doctorate at the University of Oxford in 2002, before earning her professional doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway University of London in 2005.
Anne-Marie has more than 20 years of clinical experience, working across NHS services, student services, workplace wellbeing and private practice, as well as actively engaging with training and clinical developments. She provides individual therapy with adults (over 18 years of age).
Anne-Marie’s clinical and personal practices draw upon an evidence-based range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Systemic Therapies. She has developed a highly capable level of clinical expertise to work effectively with clinical and life-stage problems, including generalised anxiety, health anxiety, phobias and social phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, perfectionism, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, depression, weight management, post viral fatigue management, and relationship difficulties.
Anne-Marie has a strongly collaborative style and is adept at working holistically, whilst delivering targeted approaches. She is well placed to offer a tailored approach to your individual needs.
