CATHERINE (KATE) HALL - Dip Social Work, MEd

Child and Adolescent Counselling and Therapy

Prior to starting my family, I worked for Barnardo’s and Scope as a social worker specialising in children and families with special needs.

As my own children became more independent, I began my training as a child and adolescent counsellor at Cambridge university

Whilst completing my training I have worked part time at the Aspire project In Cambridge working with other agencies to support children and young people who have a diagnosis of Autism.

I am also a director of Success in Schools Ltd which offers Safeguarding training and support to schools in the UK.

Since completing my Masters at Cambridge I have been responsible for setting up and running a school based counselling service across three primary schools

My therapeutic approach is integrative, and child led.

Children and young people experience the same traumas and challenges as adults whilst not always being able to manage the emotions and feelings that go with them

I aim to offer a safe space for children and adolescents to process emotions through both talking and using paly and the medium of art to facilitate the processing and understanding of there own feelings

I am registered with BACP (British Association of Counsellors and

RAPHAELA DYER - Dip CNM Nutritional Therapy Dip CNM Naturopathy

Nutritional Therapist/ Naturopath

Growing up Raffi represented England Ladies golf team competing all over the world, and continues to represent Hampshire Ladies to this day. As a result, she won a full athletics scholarship at the University of Oregon, where she lived and trained amongst some of top athletes from all over the world gaining valuable exposure to the benefits and necessity of nutrition and wellbeing to maintain and achieve top level physical performance and results.

The next 5 years created the foundation and curiosity on which Raffi’s future career would be built. Upon on graduating with 1st class honours in Psychology, Raffi opted to return to the UK to attend the College of Naturopathic Medicine where she gained diplomas in Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathy. She is a member of the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners), BANT (British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Raffi believes that our body has an innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate. However, things like an unsupportive diet, environmental toxins, stress and suppression of symptoms through pharmaceuticals limit these innate capabilities.

She works with her clients to empower them with knowledge and understanding, so that they can make informed decisions about their nutrition and lifestyle. This could be through implementing a dietary plan, supplements, testing, or a combination.
