RESTORING MOVEMENT AND FUNCTION THROUGH EXERCISE

contact us

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a whole person approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle.

At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through advice and education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment. Physiotherapy helps people affected by injury, illness or disability to restore movement and function through exercise and manual therapy.

OUR THERAPISTS

HANNAH GREENWOOD

HANNAH GREENWOOD - BSc, Chartered Physiotherapist.

Physiotherapist

Hannah is a Chartered Physiotherapist and pelvic health specialist with experience across both the NHS and the military. She combines evidence-based physiotherapy with a compassionate, holistic approach to help patients feel confident, informed, and empowered in their recovery.

Following postgraduate training through Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP), Hannah specialised in women’s health physiotherapy, supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and pelvic health concerns including pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel symptoms, and prolapse. Having experienced pelvic floor issues herself, she understands the physical and emotional impact these problems can have and is passionate about providing compassionate care informed by the latest research.

Alongside her women’s health expertise, Hannah’s military background has developed extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, occupational health, and sports injuries, including rehabilitating UK Armed Forces athletes to help them return to peak performance.

Hannah has also completed comprehensive postgraduate training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, allowing her to integrate Pilates-based rehabilitation into treatment plans to improve strength, movement, and long-term recovery.

She has a strong interest in nutrition, hormones, and whole-body health, recognising the important connection between physical and emotional wellbeing. Through her volunteering with the Samaritans, Hannah values listening carefully to each patient’s experience and supporting people throughout their rehabilitation journey.
