LORNA BACON - MCPOD
Podiatrist/Chiropodist and owner of Coach House Podiatry
Lorna graduated from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh in 1989. She is an HCPC registered Podiatrist and a member of the College of Podiatry.
Since graduating, Lorna has experienced the working environments of both the NHS and private sector. She has tackled a wide variety of patients ranging from those requiring routine care, to diagnosing and treating high risk patients, biomechanics, verrucae and nail surgery.

CLAIRE DUGUID - BSC MSC SFHEA PGCERT MCPOD
Podiatrist/Chiropodist
Claire completed her BSc (Hons) degree in Podiatry in 2005. Following her degree, she worked in the NHS as a podiatrist before becoming a Senior Lecturer in Podiatry. Claire completed an MSc in Advanced Practice in 2008 and developed her clinical expertise alongside her academic role. Claire has obtained a PGCert in Podiatric Sports Medicine from Queen Mary University of London and has a special interest in sports injuries and running biomechanics.
Away from podiatry, Claire is a keen triathlete and has represented GB Age Group in triathlon and aquathlon at the European and World championships. She is also a triathlon coach. Through her own experiences she understands the importance of keeping active and educating patients in injury prevention. Claire is a member of the College of Podiatry and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

MOIRA MCRITCHIE - MSc, MCPOD
Podiatrist/Chiropodist
Moira graduated from the University of Northampton in 2005 with a First Class Honours degree. Following this she joined the NHS specialising in musculoskeletal problems completing her MSc in Clinical Biomechanics in 2015, rising to Service Delivery Lead for the Cambridgeshire area before retiring from the service in 2020.
She joined the Coach House in 2005 working Saturdays, providing all round podiatric care (nail care, callus and corn debridement, verruca treatments, fungal nail and skin conditions) with a special interest in treating problematic and painful gait, the provision of orthotics (insoles) and all things biomechanic. She is a keen golfer and has always had a keen interest in all sports.
