Complete Injections is an ultrasound guided injection service run by a team of highly specialised physiotherapists who are highly experienced musculoskeletal Sonographers, Independent Prescribers and Injection Therapists.

Our unique service can provide you with rapid, targeted pain relief for a variety of conditions. Ultrasound guided injections are an evidence-based treatment technique used to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting joints, tendons, nerves and bursa. We provide the highest quality evidence-based healthcare at affordable prices.

During your appointment you will receive a thorough assessment, which includes a diagnostic scan to diagnose your condition. If indicated, your clinician will be able to perform an ultrasound guided steroid injection during the same appointment. All injections are completed under the guidance of an ultrasound, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the procedure. We do not require a GP referral, you can self-refer to the clinic.

Our team of experts are highly experienced and perform thousands of guided injections every year. We provide a comprehensive range of treatments for both upper limb and lower limb injuries such as shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, trigger finger and carpal tunnel syndrome.

OUR THERAPISTS

LUKE MILLWARD

Luke is a highly specialised physiotherapist, a fully qualified musculoskeletal sonographer and an injection therapist, working both privately and within the radiology department of Newham University NHS Hospital. Using this training, Luke combines physiotherapy and diagnostic ultrasound to assess and treat complex injuries affecting muscles, joints, tendons, bursa (fluid filled washers) and nerves.

Luke is an independent prescriber which allows him to prescribe medications, for injection therapy, and is one of the first healthcare practitioners in the country to achieve a Post Graduate Diploma in interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound.

He is fully registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and sits on the executive board of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists with a special interest in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy (ACPOMIT).

With his wealth of experience and extensive musculoskeletal education Luke is able to assess and treat you using a combination of clinical examination and diagnostic ultrasound and if required, provide a highly accurate ultrasound guided injection, all in the same appointment.
